Tuesday Update!

Good afternoon!

This week, we have introduced a new level of independence for our amazing Nursery students!

They are now being asked to put away their own hat, milk box, and water bottle in the morning, and now have to clean off their snack and lunch plates entirely before washing up! They are having zero trouble with these new tasks. Well done, kids! :)

We are discussing the letter J this week and of course, relaxing with art and playtime in between! Check out some of our newest photos :)

On Monday, we role played a "store" situation, where the kids had to use fake money to "buy" items in the "store". This was to practice their new requesting skills ("I want that one, please"; "I want the banana/the book/stickers/etc., please"). This was fun, so we will try it again soon!

Today, we used different yummy juices in Math class to learn more about a little bit versus a lot! The kids did very well with pouring and knowing which cup had a lot and a little bit of juice inside! Then, they demonstrated their knowledge with a pasting activity.
Also, the apple, orange, coconut, and berry juices were delicious! :)

Great job, class! Be proud of your many achievements so far this year! :) Have a nice week!
