Although we had over a week off for half term break, our Nursery students did just fine with coming back into the classroom, and didn't forget their manners or English learning! :)
One little boy named Yoda showed amazing improvement this past week! He is our newest Star of the Week because his teachers watched him show quick kindness to his sad friend and try his hardest to tidy up and listen nicely. Great work, Yoda!
Wow, we are almost all the way through the alphabet!
This past week, we focused on the letter T! We made turtles, talked about, cut out, and played with triangles, trees, and tiger, and learned about the important words touch and taste!
We also really focused on playing together and talking about what we think. Thinking for ourselves goes along with being a well rounded PYP Thinker! :)
This week, we also welcomed a new student into the Nursery family! Hello, Shinemon (Shin Shin)!
On Wednesday, we celebrated Shinta's 3rd birthday! :) Thank you for the yummy cupcakes!
